Neot Ilana, Beit Shemesh – five cranes, MD208 to 98 m | Dona

In the Neot Ilana neighbourhood of Beit Shemesh, RMA operates five tower cranes on plots 1–5 for Dona: an 8-ton TLS65, MDT218 and MDT219 cranes climbed from about 65 to about 90 m, a 10-ton TLS65 free-standing at about 81.5 m, and an MD208 climbed from 63 to about 98 m using ties and a climbing cage.

The five-crane placement plan was approved in March 2025, and each crane received a signed engineering appendix. The work is carried out under the RMA–Dona framework agreement (2024–2026).
