Beer Yaakov tower – MC310 to 100 m | Afridar (Elazra)

At Afridar (Elazra)’s tower project in Beer Yaakov, three RMA tower cranes are at work: a 12-ton MC310 at a free-standing height of 82.5 m climbed to about 100 m with a building tie, an MDT218 climbed to about 90 m, and an MD175 at 51.5 m.

Erection was carried out with 1,300 and 1,450 ton-metre mobile cranes on reinforced 2.5×2.5 m foundation legs, with approved tie proposals and structural engineer sign-off. The project is in progress (2025–2027).
