Tower Crane Services & Maintenance

RMA has serviced and maintained tower cranes and lifting equipment since 1981. 60 professionals (engineers, mechanics, electricians and technicians) look after about 500 cranes nationwide, both in our own rental fleet and cranes owned by contractors and other rental companies. Our parts stock is held at our logistics yard in Lod, and most parts come directly from the manufacturer.

What a service contract includes

• Periodic maintenance according to the manufacturer's instructions and the Safety at Work Regulations (Tower Cranes), 1966.


• Service calls and on-site fault repair with equipped service vehicles.


• Genuine parts from the stock in Lod, and in-house overhaul of motors, gearboxes and complete winches.


• Support for certified-inspector tests, with every job documented in the crane file.

Over 45 years we have also developed our own solutions: control panels built to manufacturer drawings, electrical systems based on frequency inverters, and installation of advanced anti-collision and zoning systems.

How often is periodic maintenance needed?

According to the manufacturer's instructions and the regulations, and after every erection, climbing or tie-in. The service contract sets a fixed schedule, and we document every job.

What happens when a crane breaks down mid-job?

Call +972-8-920-2882 or WhatsApp. A service vehicle is dispatched to the site, and common parts are in stock in Lod rather than on order from abroad.

Do you service cranes that were not rented from RMA?

Yes. The roughly 500 cranes under our service include cranes owned by contractors, rental companies and plants.
