Afridar Hadera, Building 3 – MR225 luffing crane to 85 m | Afridar

At Building 3 of Afridar’s residential complex in Hadera, a 12-ton MD345B tower crane worked first (from late 2019), followed by an MR225 luffing-jib crane on a 6×6 m static base, climbed from 40 m to about 85 m.

The climb was carried out with a telescopic climbing cage and building tie frames, according to the structural engineer’s foundation approval and a signed engineering appendix. A 50 m luffing jib allowed work in a dense urban environment (2019–2022).
