This policy explains what data the Site collects, for what purpose and on what basis, who it is shared with, how long it is kept and what rights you have under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 (as amended by Amendment No. 13, in force since August 2025), and the regulations under it.

2. What data we collect

Contact and quote request forms (on the Contact page and on service and product pages): full name, phone and email, and depending on the form also company and role, subject of the inquiry, project location and message text, as well as the name of the page the form was sent from.

Careers form: full name, phone and email. CVs are sent by email, with all the information they contain. There is no need to include your ID number, medical information or other sensitive data in your CV.

Form submissions are sent to the Company’s mailbox, and a copy is stored in the Site’s management system.

WhatsApp and phone: when you contact us via the WhatsApp button or by phone (+972-8-920-2882) we keep your phone number, the content of your message and the details of your inquiry. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and is subject to its own privacy policy.

Technical data: the Site’s server and Cloudflare, which protects the Site, automatically log the IP address, browser and device type, time of visit, pages viewed and referring page. This data is used for security and operations only.

Usage measurement: the Site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are viewed and where visitors come from. Clicks on the phone and WhatsApp buttons and successful form submissions are also measured, together with the inquiry subject and form ID only. Your name, phone and email are not sent to Google Analytics. See section 7.

Providing data in the forms is voluntary and not required by law, but without contact details we cannot get back to you.

3. Purposes and basis for processing

  • To answer your inquiry, prepare a quote and provide the service you asked for, based on your consent when sending the inquiry and the need to handle a business contact you initiated.
