A smart zoning system for tower cranes, part of the advanced anti-collision systems that RMA markets and installs on construction sites.
The system limits crane movement effectively and gives the crane operator enhanced control, including directing the crane back to a preset point. The site manager can view the operation of the cranes on site and receive information based on a range of parameters, and a wind vane monitors strong winds, among many other capabilities.
The system also keeps a log of crane activity, including movements, lifting cycles, bypasses and faults, which can be reviewed and retrieved remotely. Movement data from all the cranes on site can be used to review daily operations and plan lifting work more efficiently.
