Almog Yavne residential towers – 110 m crane | Almog Group

In Almog Group’s residential towers project in Yavne, an MD310 tower crane with a 12-ton capacity was climbed to a working height of 110 m using two ties to the building, alongside an MD185 raised to 78.5 m with a single tie. In phase B, MD285 and MDT268 cranes worked on the adjacent plots.

The climbing and tie sequence was engineered in advance: 22 mast sections for the MD310 with ties at sections 10 and 17, and 15 sections for the MD185. RMA accompanied the project from planning through erection and climbing to dismantling at the end of the structural phase (2019–2024).
